Emma & John ~ Tattoos, Balloons & a Puggle Pup

I met Emma and John about four years ago at a cat show where I was showing my two Burmese cats. They had come along for a look and we got talking and quickly established we had more than one interest in common. Cats, tattoos and sushi (if you can call sushi an interest!).

John is a very talented tattoo artist and it wasn’t long before I was making plans for some ink. He is based in Celbridge and his work is first class. I can personally vouch for it!

Inkwell Tattoo

Fast forward a year or two and Emma and John were engaged over the Christmas holidays. Their wedding is on 11/11/11 and coming up fast. We shot the engagement session a few weeks ago and they decided to tattoo each other for the photo session and then head out to Donadea Forest Park with their adorable new Puggle pup Neema. It wasn’t easy to incorporate their cats into the session but if you look carefully one of them makes a sneaky appearance.

We adore the shots and can’t wait for the big day. It was such a relaxed session it’s put all our photo nerves behind us! …so I guess, yes, you were right – the engagement session was a fabulous idea! Thanks Amy from Emma, John, Neema & Mylo (sneaking in too)!

Fabulous pictures, so glad Mylo snuck in lol, it wouldn’t have been the same without a kitty, although Neema looked fab too :-) Congratulations Emma and John, really looking forward to the big day x
